Shipping policy

1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Origin & Carriers All orders are shipped directly from our facility in Virginia. To ensure reliable delivery of your skincare products, we ship via UPS or USPS depending on the package size and destination.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1–8 business days depending on your location.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders 

4. Sales Tax Policy Sales tax is only applied to orders shipping to California. For all other states, no sales tax will be charged at this time. Taxes for California orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). All shipments include tracking, so you can monitor your package's journey from Virginia to your doorstep. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages & Lost Packages Moduitso is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping Policy We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
